By using CRY Music Media you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your Content
You confirm you own or are licensed to distribute all content uploaded. You retain full ownership of your rights.
3. Service Availability
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Platform delivery depends on third-party approvals.
4. Payments
Royalties are paid per our Royalty Policy once thresholds are met. Fraudulent activity forfeits earnings.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our Community Guidelines.
6. Liability
CRY Music Media is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
