Refund Policy
Our approach to refunds for paid services.
1. Free Plan
The free distribution tier has no charges and therefore no refunds applicable.
2. Paid Plans
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.
3. Failed Delivery
If a release cannot be delivered due to a CRY-side error, we will re-attempt or issue a plan credit.
4. How to Request
Email contact@crydigitalmusic.com with your account and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
